Exchange Policy

Exchanges for size or color: As products are shipped from international suppliers, we do not perform physical exchanges. In exceptional cases, we offer free reshipment or store credit.

Defective product: If the item is defective, the customer can request an exchange or refund.

Practical example: If a customer receives a t-shirt with a defective seam, they can choose a refund or reshipment.
